It's a result of many years of servicing various heating system in car washes which inspired
the creation of the R250 unit. Once we established that the most efficient system to run in
terms of both heating efficiency costs and longevity was a hydronic heating system, we took it
upon ourselves to make the actual unit heater better. The heat transfer surfaces of the coil and
fins are made both of copper to eliminate the deterioration of fins through both electrolysis and
the soaps attacking the more conventional and cheaper aluminum fins. Along with encasing
this coil in a completely stainless steel frame and further more encasing this framed coil in a
stainless steel shroud we have added a open drip spin dry fan unit made purposely for wet
environments to allow the motor to evacuate any dampness as it runs.
